Court settlement Warren floods

June 28, 2014

A preliminary approved settlement of
$1,750,000 dollars paid into a Fund
is ordered by Judge Jennifer Faunce
for Warren flooding Case 11-004456-NZ.

This class action lawsuit involved flooding occurring near May 25,2011 and/or around November 28,2011 in the City of Warren, Michigan.

People can plan on $750,000 right off the top of the Fund to go to the lawyers for reimbursement of incurred costs and their 1/3 fee from the settlement.

That leaves $ 1 Million dollars to be split about 100 different ways to individual claimants for a final payout of just $10,000 each.

The $10,000 payment becomes the
“full and final” satisfaction of
all claims against The City of Warren.

The court appointed Class Counsel
